GIFT CARD CONDITIONS:

• All gift card sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except where required by South Dakota law.
• Gift cards do not expire, and no inactivity, service, or dormancy fees will be charged.
• Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your authorization. Please treat gift cards like cash.
• Gift cards cannot be used for party bookings, event bookings, or private event deposits.
• Gift cards are valid only at Union Social (Harrisburg, SD) and can be used for bowling, axe-throwing, arcade, food, beverages, and merchandise.
• Union Social is not responsible for unauthorized use of any gift card.
• Union Social reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, except for rights protected by law.
